Production line supervisor

I joined Pubert on 4 October, 1993. After 6 years in raw material transformation then the paint department, I arrived in assembly as a warehouse operator and forklift truck driver, then supervisor. As a leader, my role is to guarantee the compliance of the product on the production line, organise changes of series, welcome and train operators or deal with problems. I like the relational side of the job, the teamwork, which I didn’t think I did when I discovered this job.
