THE GUARANTEE PERIOD FOR MY PRODUCT

For amateur use, all Pubert products are guaranteed for 2 years. Some products have a 1 year extension.

HOW FIND SERIAL NUMBERS, FABRICATION DATE AND THE MODEL ?

All this information is written on the plate of machine. It is in the form of a silver label. This label is sticking on the machine frame. It is the metallic part on which the engine is fixed.

WHERE FIND CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY OF MY MACHINE ?

Each user instruction supplied with the machines included, in last page, the certificate of conformity CE specific to the machine. If you haven’t your user instruction, you could use it in the tab “CONTACT” of website.

I HIT A ROCK WITH MY WHEELED BRUSHCUTTER AND THE BLADE IS BROKEN. IS IT SUPPORTED BY WARRANTY ?

The damages cause by diverse impacts aren’t cover by warranty. The warranty is about materials or manufacture problems occurring during the specific period.

A PART OF MY TILLER IS DEFECTIVE. CAN YOU SEND ME THE PART UNDER WARRANTY?

Our after sales policy specifies that you should return to your point of sales to assert the warranty.

Bring your invoice and machine serial number. If the product have a fault covered by warranty, your certified local repairer could make the necessary repairs free of charge.
